Account Registration & Verification

Account Suspension & Closure
7joya may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- Evidence of fraudulent activity or dishonest conduct
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts
- Bonus abuse or attempted bonus hunting
- Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity
- At the user's own request (in accordance with the responsible gaming policy)
Upon account closure, the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance will be provided, unless fraud has been proven.
Financial Transactions & Payments
Deposit Policy
The following mobile banking methods are accepted for deposits on the 7joya platform: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500.
- Use the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit.
- The deposit process is generally instant, though network delays may occasionally cause it to take longer.
- Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in the deposit being rejected or the account being suspended.
- Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount on 7joya is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method and account used for the deposit.
- Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily held if fraud is suspected, and a decision will be made once the investigation is complete.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus Terms
7joya offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming this bonus:
- The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
- A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive the bonus.
- For example: deposit ৳1,000 and you receive ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Deposit ৳10,000 or more and you receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.
- The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount (calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus).
- Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Bonus Abuse Policy
7joya will take strict action if bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
- Placing opposing bets (arbitrage) to meet bonus requirements is not permitted.
- Bonuses may be cancelled if suspicious betting patterns are detected.
- Using third-party software or bots to gain bonus advantages is prohibited.
- In any dispute relating to bonuses, 7joya's decision will be considered final.
Betting & Gaming Rules
Sports Betting Rules
7joya allows betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following rules apply to all sports betting:
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled unless 7joya cancels it due to a technical error.
- 7joya reserves the right to cancel bets placed on incorrectly displayed odds caused by a technical error or display bug.
- If a match is abandoned or left unresolved, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
- In live betting, there may be delays in scores or results — exploiting such delays to place bets is prohibited.
- If betting patterns linked to match-fixing or illegal activity are detected, the bet will be cancelled and the account suspended.
Casino Games Rules
7joya's casino section offers slot games, live casino, fishing games, and many other types of games. The following rules apply to playing these games:
- All games are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.) and controlled by their own RNG (Random Number Generator).
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue on the game provider's server, the stake for the affected round may be refunded.
- In live casino games, the dealer's decisions and game results are final.
- If a game session ends due to an internet disconnection, the result will be determined based on the game state saved on the server.
